Seymour College is a Foundation to Year 12 and Special Education College located in Seymour, Victoria. We provide education of the highest quality and welcome students of all year levels to join our College community.
Our School Zone
Our school zone is available on http://www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au/ which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria. Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place in our mainstream primary and secondary sectors. Your school zone is determined based on your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their local school. Students may enrol at another school if there are available places.
Special Education Enrolments
Specialist schools, including Seymour College, have been established to cater for the specific educational needs of students with a disability or with additional needs. Under State and Federal discrimination law, specialist schools are permitted to set specific enrolment criteria and to not enrol students who do not meet these criteria. To enrol in our Special Education sector a student must have a diagnosis of an Intellectual Disability. Each year, the department releases Year 6 to 7 placement information for schools and parents and carers, including:

Other year level enrolments
We accept enrolment applications for students in other year levels. You can contact the school to arrange an interview and school tour at any time in the school year.
School Tours
Tours are conducted at our formal Information Sessions for all prospective students and families early in Term 2 every year. Personal tours are also welcomed and can be arranged by contacting our College to make an appointment. Upon calling, our office will request for your name, child’s name and the year level your child will be commencing at our College. This will enable the relevant Campus Principal to be contacted with your booking request.
